Bringing a puppy home….what a fun time for the whole family!! But puppies should be helped into the family dynamic by learning who is in charge and that good manners, respect and obedience are expected–the same as any other member of the family.
At any canine age, I can work with any or all family members to housebreak your puppy; avoid destructive chewing; and teach basic commands such as “come”, “sit”, “off” and “leave it”. Using a positive approach, I will display proper play techniques to avoid any aggression issues and get your puppy used to a leash and having food and toys taken away―a must for families with young children!

Preventing and eliminating bad behaviors in dogs is my specialty. A dog that is constantly jumping on people and furniture, pulling on the leash while walking, having food aggression issues (or any aggression issue for that matter), or excessively barking, can only cause problems and stress for the owners.
I offer a variety of training methods and programs that include outings to pet supply stores, veterinary offices, and pet groomers to ensure that your dog is ready for any situation or public distraction. My goal is to build a strong bond between your family and your dog. Please call and we can discuss any issues you are experiencing with your dog and what training plans work for you. I also offer extensive OFF leash training (imagine the possibilities!) and convenient in-home training.

Don’t have time to work with your dog every day? Bring him or her to my home for an intensive two-week training program.
During your dog’s second week with me, I will take your dog on public outings to introduce him or her to a variety of situations and to ensure he or she will follow instructions anywhere.
Plus, I never take more than two dogs at a time so your dog will always have my undivided attention.
